The interview process is an opportunity for you to get to know our organization and clarify the opportunities available to you. Interviews will take place with a representative from HR, our businesses or a combination of both. The number and type of interviews across the companies and position does vary.

Psychometric assessment is a part of the selection process for some of the positions.In order to assess, we use a combination of interviews and psychometric assessment as part of our selection process.

This process includes reference and background checking.Our recruitment is not based solely on academic achievements. We are seeking to appoint candidates who satisfy a broad range of criteria in terms of their ability to make a positive and on-going contribution to the organisation.

You will write test standards and procedures, maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software and analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. You should consult with development engineers in resolution of problems and work on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles.
